The Jordanian Engineers Association held a lottery for the Al-Zaytouna 7 project at the Professional Associations Complex, on Wednesday.

The deputy captain, Eng. Fawzi Massaad, said that the syndicate’s purchased projects amounted to 176 projects, including 153 for the retirement fund, 3 for the social insurance fund, 8 for the good loan fund and 12 for the syndicate fund, with a total area of ​​19 thousand dunums and a total cost of 500 million dinars.

He pointed out that the number of beneficiaries of the projects amounted to 10,595 male and female engineers, in addition to other associations of engineers, in which the syndicate contributed by distributing plots of land outside the framework of the retirement fund.

He added that the Al-Zaytouna 7 project consists of 69 plots, and the number of plots voted for sale is 66, and the beneficiaries voted for 65 plots, while one plot remained in reserve in case of objection, and 3 plots were excluded from it for service and commercial purposes, according to the conditions.

In turn, the director of the Real Estate and Finance Department in the Syndicate, Rami Al-Nawaisa, indicated that the plots within the project will be visited next Saturday, so that every engineer can see his piece.
