How to prepare
In a deep bowl, chop the onions small, add a little oil and butter to it, stir, then add the minced meat, spices, black pepper, nutmeg, and the vegetable stock cube, and leave the meat until it mixes well.
In another pot, add a little oil and add fava beans to it with a little warm water, and add cumin and salt to it.
While stirring, mash the beans with a fork and add a cube of butter.
After making sure that the beans are heated, add the minced meat to it and stir well.
Add a little salt when needed and stir well. You can put it in a casserole in the oven and let it finish cooking inside, then serve it with a green salad and a cup of carob juice at the suhoor meal.
