The Greater Amman Municipality announced that the working hours of the Slaughterhouses Department during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday will start from seven in the morning until six in the evening.

She explained that the meat market will open daily from seven in the morning until six in the evening, and that meat inspection and imported fish will continue until six in the evening.

In a related context, the Municipality announced that the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday for the central wholesale market for vegetables and fruits will be limited to the first and second days of the holiday.

She added that the reception of horticultural products will be from the evening of the second day of the holiday, so that the market will resume its normal work on the morning of the third day of the holiday.

On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, the Secretariat took several measures and arrangements, including raising the flags of the Kingdom and the Secretariat at all intersections and bridges, preparing all facilities, including parks and squares, to receive visitors, and maintaining the work of the Unified Call Center and Emergency, to receive complaints and observations and take the necessary action in their regard.

And it specified the work of the City Services Authority – Regions and Environment Sector in all regions of the capital, Amman, by 50 percent on the first and second days of Eid, and 100 percent for the rest of the days of the holiday, and that the work of field cadres be at 75 percent for the first day of Eid, and 100 percent for the rest of the days of Eid.
