The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply has prepared an action plan to monitor the markets during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr days, which includes intensifying monitoring of various sectors.

According to the plan, market observers will start working in all governorates of the Kingdom on the second day of Eid, focusing on sectors of importance to consumers, especially bakeries, sweet shops, candies and restaurants, in addition to fuel stations, clothing, electrical and household appliances, and butcheries.

The ministry said in a statement today, Wednesday, that the intensive control of the markets will continue during the Eid holiday, and it will not be remiss in taking all legal measures against violators.

The Ministry called on citizens to report market complaints on the Ministry’s number 065661176, stressing that it will deal with them immediately and take legal measures.
