How to make shish tawook: Ingredients:


Half a kilo of cubed chicken thighs

2 bell pepper

3 onions

1red pepper

1yellow pepper

A quarter cup of onion water


Yogurt box


A quarter cup of oil

How to prepare shish tawook:


Mix the yogurt, mustard, onion water and spices together


Then put a quarter cup of oil and mix them


Then put the chicken in the marinade and leave for 4 hours or a whole night in the fridge


Then put the shish tawook sticks in water for half an hour before use


Then cut the vegetables into cubes


Then put a cube of onion in a shish tawook stick, and on top of chicken and colored pepper, layers on top of each other


Then repeat the steps until the disobedience and chicks are over


Then grill the shish tawook and serve it with yellow basmati rice or shami bread


It is possible to put all the ingredients together in a saucepan over the fire and for a little oil to settle

How to prepare samosa:


Mix the cheese with the vegetables


Then stuff the samosa and wrap it
