She cannot withdraw and finds herself against her will. She must challenge and confront. The widow or even the one who supports a family due to her husband’s illness, and the difficult circumstances may be in her field of work that exceed her physical strength, so she must overcome to continue and earn a living and overcome the obstacles of society on her own to overcome the difficult situations in daily life. In this case we recommend several things:

– She has to exercise self-control, be wise in sudden situations, and be quick-witted to get rid of any difficult situation

– Behaving well, managing the situation, thinking, and not rushing to give hasty decisions, so she should think about calculations for any matter

Seeking the help of some people in the same situation, as she may be attacked while she is alone, so she must seek the help of those around her without her feet, without awareness or ability to solve the problem.

– Psychological empowerment to face difficult situations and overcome psychological fragility such as fear, surrender and withdrawal when facing difficult situations, and work on self-motivation and self-confidence to overcome crises

– Thinking about solutions to reach the best way to deal with any difficult situation and choosing alternatives and flexibility to face any situation that is difficult to deal with alone
