Mashuqa asked about the reasons that prompted the Council of Ministers to allocate a reward for the current Chairman of the Security Investment Council who is residing outside the country at an amount of (3500) dinars per month, bearing in mind that the reward for a member of the Investment Council is (500) dinars per month as specified by the Security Law with linking the entitlement of the member to his attendance at the council sessions.
