Potatoes are one of the special foods that many like to eat at any time, especially during the Suhoor meal, because it is a satisfying food, which does not make the person who eats it feel hungry. 250 grams of minced meat
3 eggs
Spices and seasonings Salt, black pepper, cumin, nutmeg “to taste”

How to prepare
Wash the potatoes well, peel them and cut them into medium sized cubes
In a pot of hot water, add potato cubes, cumin and salt.
The eggs are placed in hot water over the stove and left to boil, then peeled and mashed.
While the potatoes are boiling, the minced meat sticks to you by chopping the onions into small cubes.
In a saucepan, heat the oil and butter together, and add the chopped onions.
Sprinkle some black pepper and nutmeg, and stir well.
Add the minced meat and stir.
Add the minced meat broth cube, stir and leave the meat until it is tender.
Drain the boiled potatoes well, and mash with a cube of butter, salt and black pepper.
In the oven mold, a layer of potatoes is distributed, and the kneaded minced meat and chopped eggs are distributed over it.
Cover the mixture with the rest of the potatoes, and enter the oven until it takes a golden color, then it is served next to a cup of curd milk.
