Tips that will help you teach your child to suffice his share of food:
Make it clear to your child, without shame, that food is divided equally among family members, and that each member of the family has his share, which should not be violated or eaten without his permission and consent.
– Do not differentiate between the sisters in dividing the meal.
– Ask your child about the type of food he likes before preparing the food, and do not impose a specific food that he does not want, as your child may resort to taking food from the rest of the family because he does not like the food in front of him and does not prefer types of food.
– Teach your child to participate and be altruistic in dividing food, preferring his siblings, dividing sweets and foods between them, and exchanging foods between them that helps them create an atmosphere of intimacy and love between them.

– Make sure to satisfy your child and fill his food needs, as the food may not be sufficient for the child, and he may feel hungry and not be satisfied with the available meal.
Taste the food well, and it is palatable and tastes good. Some children refuse food because of the taste of food, and therefore resort to attacking other people’s food.
– Teach your child permission to ask for food and add food to his meal. If he wants his brothers’ food, he must ask them to share the food with them.
