The General Union of Workers in Public Services and Liberal Professions called on those who are subject to violations of their basic rights or terms and conditions of work to register complaints with the Ministry of Labor through the channels it provides, and through the (Hemaya) platform.

The union said in a statement today, Thursday, that “the sector of tourist and popular restaurants and sweets is not devoid of labor violations, especially with the sector operating at full capacity during the holy month.”

She explained that the labor violations that affect the rights of workers usually vary between the minimum wage and working hours and subscription to social security, and the availability of occupational health and safety requirements in the work environment.
