The activities of Taipei Fashion Week started on March 24, when the opening show was held in a temple in Tainan, then the shows moved to the capital, Taipei, until March 29, and the last show was held on April 8.
The inaugural show celebrated ancient Taiwanese crafts with a fashion show that brought together 7 fashion designers with 7 craftsmen to produce fashion collections inspired by traditional crafts and ancient Taiwanese arts. As for the main show in Taipei, the theme was sustainability, where 7 designers collaborated with 8 Taiwanese textile companies to produce sustainable and environmentally friendly textiles. This was followed by several shows of young talents from students of fashion schools in Taiwan. In addition to shows for a number of Taiwanese fashion designers.
One of the highlights was the oqliq Fall 2023 collection featuring custom-made embroidered straps with functional fabrics that can be folded and manipulated. The designs are also inspired by the concept of oriental philosophy, the unique architectural character, and the revival of modern jeans designs. The costumes were also characterized by thermal insulation, anti-bacterial and static electricity.

The designs came in the form of an umbrella and an H-line to suit all body shapes and to give room for color manipulation. The color scheme was also used to break the stereotype of pink and its association with feminine weakness.
