The Egyptian folklore is rich in many details, including wisdom, sayings, and popular proverbs that may be the result of a true story, and some of them are the result of a situation that has been inherited by generations and has become an example that is said in several situations, and our proverb today says, “He who is loved by his Lord loves his creation.” Everyone is cheerful in his appearance, and it was said to be a metaphor for God’s love for him due to his abundance of kindness and good manners, as the poet Masoud Shoman, a researcher in folklore and popular and anthropological studies, explained in his speech to “The Seventh Day” that this proverb does not have a specific story, but it is classified as “shyness” that It is characterized by wisdom, as it is like a rhythmic devoid of orders and balanced on a poetic weight.

And the researcher in folklore continued that this popular proverb is as if it were part of a verse, and it became an example that is said and repeated as a metaphor for the beloved and friendly person, and added that this proverb is linked to the proverb “Walk justly, your enemy is confused about you”, as the one described in it must have morals, as the enemy, i.e. the person, is confused. Who hates him on his path that he takes, and even be the gateway to this path of people’s love in it, which comes from God because of his morals and righteous morals.

The heritage researcher added that such proverbs make a person think that he should have experience in dealing with others, not only to please them but to please God Almighty, in addition to reflecting this person’s upbringing of others when they deal with him.

And the researcher in folklore added that this popular proverb expresses the uprightness of principles, morals, and saying good that we seek these days, and we are trying hard to make the new generation have such beautiful morals that result in the society’s love for this upright person.
