Scheherazade sat next to her husband, King Shahryar, to tell him a new story from the stories of “Sandaq and Nutaq”, and she said to him: “It has informed me, O happy king of sound opinion, that Sandaq and Nutaq went together on a school trip to the Egyptian Museum, with their classmates, to learn about the history and civilization of their ancestors and see the pieces of artifacts that testify to the art and civilization of our Egyptian ancestors.

Sandaq was fascinated by the artifacts he saw inside the museum, and as usual, he thought of an evil idea to implement, and he said to his brother: “What do you think, Hazelnut, if I write my name outside on a tree trunk in the museum’s garden or on one of the existing statues, and it will remain a memory of Lina, and she prefers longevity like antiquities.”

Bunduq felt angry at his brother’s evil idea, and said to him: “Sandaq, the monuments of our ancestors, the Pharaohs, were keen to record their civilization and their history through writing on the walls, and erect statues of their kings and greats in their history. We are supposed to take them as a soft example and try to remain like them one day.”

Bundoq continued, saying: “Then the teachings of our religion and the beautiful morals that we were brought up on in our society tell us that we must preserve public property and not distort it, whether by writing or drawing on it, so that it would be beautiful for us and our children after us, as our ancestors preserved it until now, and also so that tourists can see our ancient civilization.” And eh, we are keen to preserve it until now..I understand, Sandaq.”

Sandok felt ashamed of his evil idea and said: “You are right, Bunduq. We are supposed to preserve our monuments and learn from our pharaohs that we are doing something valuable that the whole world has been talking about for many years, and our grandchildren are proud of it after us.”

Scheherazade continued her story, saying: “Nuduq felt proud of his brother and his understanding of his advice and the need to preserve antiquities and public property, and they went together to see the rest of the other artifacts…”.
