Crowds in Irbid condemned the occupation forces’ storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque and brutally attacking the stationed, confirming the occupation’s arrogance and arrogance in dealing with the unarmed worshipers who came to the blessed mosque to retreat and perform prayers.
Participants in a vigil that started in front of Al-Hashemi Mosque and came at the invitation of the Islamic Movement in Irbid Governorate stressed the need to stand behind the resistance as one, as a way to liberate the homelands and stop the tyranny of the occupation that does not keep promises and does not uphold covenants.
The participants in the vigil stressed the need for the Jordanian government to take a practical, serious and firm stance regarding this brutality against worshipers, pointing to the importance of canceling all covenants and covenants with the occupation, on top of which is the Wadi Araba Agreement.
The participants raised slogans saluting the armed Palestinian resistance, whether in the West Bank or the Gaza Strip, declaring standing with it and supporting it as the only way to put an end to the violations of the occupation.
They called on the Ministry of Awqaf to assume its responsibility as the custodian of the Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem, and to use all the pressure cards that the government possesses against the occupation, on top of which is the expulsion of the Zionist ambassador from Amman and the summoning of the Jordanian ambassador from Tel Aviv.
Al-Atoum: Al-Aqsa Mosque is of special importance to Muslims
The leader of the Islamic Movement, Ali al-Atoum, said that the city of Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque are of special importance to Muslims everywhere, as it is the first of the two qiblahs and the third of the Two Holy Mosques, and the virtues of Bayt al-Maqdis in the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet are many.
In his speech during the vigil, Al-Atoum announced the rejection of the Jordanian people and the Arab and Islamic peoples of any aggression carried out by the occupation against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
And he explained that over time, the Al-Aqsa Mosque was a focus of attention for Muslim rulers, and a place of their care, as did the Islamic leader Salah al-Din, and as the Mujahideen did in our present time, headed by the Mujahid leader Izz al-Din al-Qassam, pointing to “the meanness of the Jews and their enmity towards Muslims, and had it not been for that, they would not have attacked a house of God’s houses.
Al-Atoum: The whole world recognizes that Al-Aqsa Mosque is a place of worship for Muslims
He added, “The whole world recognizes and says that Al-Aqsa Mosque is a pure place of worship for Muslims, but these criminals do not respect a covenant or a covenant, nor do they respect a religion or ritual.”
Al-Atoum saluted the people of Palestine from the far north to the south, especially the women who are secluded, stationed and defended from the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, on behalf of the entire nation, calling on the Arab countries to play their real role, as they are negligent in defending the holiest of Muslims.
Al-Atoum continued, saying that “Muslims will not easily surrender Al-Aqsa Mosque, and its defense will remain until reaching it, victorious conquerors,” urging everyone to the need to rise up against these invaders who do not preserve the sanctity of man or the sanctity of sanctities, adding, “The Jews will not rest for a single moment in the land of Palestine. After a century of occupation, you are still living with anxiety and fear.”
Al-Atoum: Attacking worshipers is a cowardly and despicable act
And the leader of the Islamic Movement completed a recent directive to the occupiers, “Let them know that their efforts are wasted, that in the end they will be killed, and that God preserves this nation and its sanctities.”
He described the attack on the stationed in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, as expressing “meanness and villainy,” and we do not want reconciliation or peace with them, and in reality they do not want true peace with the Arab countries, for they are liars who prey on the Arab-Islamic peoples.
Al-Atoum condemned all attempts at normalization and establishing relations with the Jews on the land of Palestine, as they tried to kill the Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Khaybar, explaining, “If the nation could cross the river, the impotence would cut it before the youth, to defend Palestine and the blessed Jerusalem.”
