Potatoes are one of the foods that are considered essential next to any dish on the Suhoor table, because they are satisfying foods, and they can be prepared in any way. With the distinctive spices that everyone loves, and for this reason, “The Seventh Day” presents, with Chef Eman Abdel Raouf, the method of making potato wedges with boiled eggs on the pre-dawn meal during the month of Ramadan.
How to make potato wedges with boiled eggs

5 potatoes.
Hot water for boiling.
an egg.
a cup of flour.
Spices and seasonings Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, potato spices “as desired”.
Medium spoon of oil.
Additional seasonings thyme, rosemary to taste.

How to make potato wedges with boiled eggs
How to prepare:
Wash the potatoes well, then peel them. Cut the potatoes into quarters, i.e. small slices.
Heat the water and put a little cumin in it.
Add potatoes for 5 minutes, then drain well.
Mix all the spices together well, then sprinkle the potatoes and stir well.
Potatoes are distributed in an oven mold painted with oil or covered with butter paper.
Sprinkle a little thyme and rosemary on the potatoes, and put them in the oven at a medium temperature.
The potatoes come out after they have a delicious golden color.
It is served next to boiled eggs, and it can be placed in sandwiches of fino bread or baladi bread, along with tomatoes pickled with garlic and hot pepper, with a cup of sobia with milk and coconut as desired.
