She says, “Also, it is not right to exchange dialogues with anyone on the street through the balcony or the window As for washing the fence or washing the ropes, it is not correct to use water in a way that harms the lower balconies or the clothes of the neighbors, but it is preferable to use a wet towel to wipe these things. It may also harm their health when standing on the balcony or at the window.
