How to prepare:
You have to peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
In a deep bowl of water, put potato cubes with a little salt and cumin.
Leave the potatoes on the fire until they climb well, then drain.
In a frying pan, put the butter with the oil and leave until it melts well, then add the boiled potato cubes to it, then mash well.
Add the cream to the potatoes and stir well, then add salt, cumin and coriander, while continuing to stir.
More cream can be added to make it a softer texture.
Potatoes are served with tomato salad seasoned with garlic, salt, cumin and lemon.
