Today, Wednesday, the Amman Chamber of Industry, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Economy, the Vocational Skills Development Authority, and the “Careers of Gold” company, launched the “Ejad” platform to network between the parties to the production process, including factories, technicians, and suppliers.

The head of the Jordan and Amman Chambers of Industry, Eng. Fathi Al-Jaghbir, confirmed during the launch ceremony sponsored by the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ahmed Al-Hananda, in the presence of the Director of Electronic Transformation in the Ministry, Eng. Rami Rawashdeh, the support of the Chambers of Industry for pioneering ideas that are based on technology and smart applications, which contribute to the development of industrial work.

Al-Jaghbir expressed his hope that this platform would contribute to providing the qualified technical manpower needed for industrial companies, especially since the industrial sector is the most employed by national manpower within the private sector, and the most capable of providing new job opportunities, indicating that studies indicate that in the event of an increase in exports Jordan, with about two billion dinars, which will contribute to creating 85,000 new job opportunities.

For his part, the founder of the “Golden Professions” initiative, Eng. Muhammad Ghazal, indicated that the (Ejad) platform contributes to organizing the professional sector, and reducing the impact of the employment challenge suffered by factories, companies, and homeowners alike, indicating that it will link product suppliers, service providers, contractors, and the beneficiary. The head of the Vocational and Technical Skills Development Authority, Dr. Raghda Al-Faouri, stressed the importance of launching this platform, introducing technology in the professional sector, and adopting digital transformation concepts within training and employment projects, which aim to attract professional and technical skills that are characterized by the competencies required in the Jordanian labor market from those who have licenses to practice the profession. in various sectors and specialties.
