How to make stuffed grape leaves: Ingredients:


Half a kilo of grape leaves


A kilo of tomatoes

1big onion

4a cup of rice

Then add the washed rice to the onions, and my heart well, and put a spoonful of ghee and stir


Then make sure to wash the chicken and let it drain well

Stuff it inside with rice under the skin and at the neck


Then the chicken shoulder and put it in a tray greased with oil and put on the fire until it heats up


Boiling water is added to it, up to half the chicken, then it is left to boil well, then it is covered and the fire is very low. It is left for an hour and a half on low heat, then it is put into the oven under the grill to take a golden color only.

How to make a Christmas cake


Half a kilo of flour

6 egg


vanilla


1 tablespoon vinegar


Half a cup of water


Generous amounts


A quarter of a kilo of raw cream


Half a cup of sugar

3 A very good glass of milk

How to prepare a Christmas cake


First, mix the flour with eggs, vanilla, vinegar and water


Then beat the mixture with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes very thick and creamy


Then prepare a tray painted with ghee or butter paper and add the mixture to it


Then put it in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes


Leave to cool completely


Then divide it into two or three halves

Then put the cream and spread it well and put a sprinkle of nuts


Then another layer of cake is placed and watered


Then put the cream and pieces of fruit, cover the cake with cream, spread it well and cover the side well
