The head of the Jordanian Committee for the Defense of Jordanian Detainees in Saudi Arabia, Khader Al-Mashaikh, said that the families of the remaining Jordanian and Palestinian detainees in Saudi Arabia are looking forward to seeing their children among them before the blessed month of Ramadan.

Al-Sheikh added that the Saudi authorities released during the past few days a group of Palestinians and Jordanians as part of the framework of deporting those whose sentences had ended in the case that was famous for supporting the resistance, which included more than 60 Jordanians and Palestinians as part of a campaign of arrests four years ago.

The Saudi authorities had released Suleiman Al-Haddad, his son Yahya, Muhammad Asaad, Muhammad Fatafta, Muhammad Yaish and Musa Abu Hussein.

The sheikhs indicated that the detainees’ families are awaiting the completion of the release of the rest in stages.
