Director of Comprehensive Government Service Centers at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Dima Al-Nahar, said on Sunday that work is underway to establish a comprehensive service center at Queen Alia Airport to serve arriving and departing passengers, and 8 centers will be established this year.
In a statement to Al-Mamlaka, she said that there is a plan to provide comprehensive center services in 15 locations in various governorates.
“Mainstreaming the experience of comprehensive service centers will include the governorates of Zarqa, Irbid, Karak, Tafila and Aqaba this year,” according to Al-Nahar
She said that the step of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship was to establish 4 centers during the year 2023, but after the directives of His Majesty the King, we have identified 8 centers during this year.
“Work is underway in coordination with the Ministry of Justice to include the service centers already located in Zarqa, Irbid and Karak. We are working on Tafila and Aqaba. These centers have been added to the plan following the directives of His Majesty the King.” According to Al-Nahar, who said that the idea of these centers is to serve the citizen from one place, to help him obtain his service easily and with high quality from the same place.
