In 2019, the honorable Council of Ministers approved the recommendations of the Civil Service Bureau, with the exception of the entire stock of the Bureau of humanitarian cases / the category of four individuals from the cases approved in the Bureau until the date of 12/30/2019, which numbered (172) people from the instructions for selecting and appointing employees, noting that it was Adopting the case of the aforementioned within the category of four individuals before his father became a deputy in the House of Representatives, where he was nominated for the competitive examination in April of the year 2019, i.e. before addressing the Prime Ministry as referred to above, and in accordance with the applicable instructions.
The candidate (the son of the deputy) was unable to complete the procedures because he did not know at the time of his candidacy, and his application was stopped because he did not attend the exam, so he submitted a grievance to the Civil Service Bureau, which is a right for all citizens and not as the son of the deputy. Considering the grievance to deal with his case, similar to the cases that were approved until the end of that year within the category of four individuals, and it was approved to complete his appointment procedures, according to his specialization (law) and according to the vacancies available in government agencies at the time, as he was duly nominated to the Ministry of Justice.
As for the transfer of the deputy’s son from one ministry to another, where he submitted a summons at the Ministry of Justice requesting his transfer to another department and in compliance with the provisions of the civil service system, it is forbidden to transfer the employee during the probationary period and therefore his request could not be approved, which is the procedure that was taken on the transfer request he submitted.
