The Ministry of Water and Irrigation – Water Authority – Jordan Valley Authority called for taking the necessary measures to protect crops from the danger of frost and the need to protect water meters from freezing in light of weather conditions with expectations of a drop in temperatures to below zero levels.

The ministry appealed to farmers and livestock breeders alike to take the necessary precautions to deal with expected weather conditions, low temperatures, expected rain and snow, and to stay away from valley streams and water sites.
