The Islamic Action Front party strongly condemned what the Zionist occupation forces did to prevent the Jordanian ambassador from entering Al-Aqsa Mosque yesterday, in a flagrant attack on Jordanian sovereignty over the holy sites and the historical role of Jordan in the city of Jerusalem, and disregarding all Jordanian official warnings of the escalation of Zionist attacks against this Guardianship, which requires decisive and effective measures to stop these Zionist attacks and not be satisfied with what happened in summoning the occupation ambassador.

In a statement issued by the party, the party confirmed that this serious attack and the previous storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the minister in the occupation government, Ben Gvir, necessitates a change in the existing official approach in dealing with the Zionist government, which does not respect the covenants and does not respect Jordanian sovereignty, and which seeks to change the status quo in Al-Aqsa Mosque. Through measures on the ground that disregard Jordanian statements and warnings of the danger of violating the status quo in Jerusalem, which calls for practical measures and not being satisfied with statements.

He wondered about the extent to which the government could move to stop these attacks to protect its sovereignty and its role towards the sanctities.

The party called on the official side to build a national strategy and a new approach based on the unity of the national position, in a way that reproduces the equation of conflict with the Zionist enemy in line with the unanimous Jordanian popular position on the basis of supporting resistance and liberation in the face of the Zionist project, and supporting the steadfastness of the Al-Murabitun and Al-Murabitat who form the impenetrable dam in Directing the Zionist aggression towards the sanctities, and opening political relations with the Palestinian resistance factions as the representative of the Palestinian people and what this represents in terms of achieving the higher Jordanian interests.

He also called for siding with the popular will in the face of Zionist threats targeting Jordan, the state, the regime and the people, which requires firm and effective formal measures in the face of this blatant aggression, including the cancellation of the Wadi Araba treaty, the expulsion of the occupation ambassador, the summoning of the Jordanian ambassador there, and the cancellation of the signed economic agreements. And stop all forms of security coordination and normalization with the Zionist enemy.
