The Income and Sales Tax Department announced the working hours of all its directorates and tax centers throughout the Kingdom, on Saturdays 17, 24 and 31 of this December, and the extension of working hours for accountants, treasurers and public service offices until six o’clock in the evening on Thursday 12/29/2022 for the purposes of Tamkeen. Taxpayers are required to complete their transactions and pay their due balances before the end of the current fiscal year.

The department requested all taxpayers whose circumstances did not enable them to pay financial dues during the current year to review their tax directorates and centers during Saturdays to correct their tax statuses, noting that taxpayers can pay their balances through electronic payment methods.

It invited taxpayers who owe tax balances and fines and wish to settle them to submit their requests to the Settlement and Reconciliation Committee for outstanding tax issues before the end of the current fiscal year.
