The Institution for Standards and Metrology called on citizens to ensure that scales are placed in stores on flat and stable surfaces and on a zero reading, in order to avoid fraud or tampering with the weights.

In a post on Facebook, the Foundation said that the Foundation must be informed, in case of doubt, about the validity of the scale reading, via the complaints phone (065301243) or through the Foundation’s website or the “Bidkhmetkom” application.
