The Ministry of Local Administration declared a state of light emergency in the north and center of the Kingdom, starting from tonight until tomorrow, and according to developments in the weather situation, and opened the main emergency room in the ministry in Amman, and asked the 100 municipalities and the 19 joint services councils to open emergency rooms as well, and deal Immediately with any emergency events that may accompany the current weather situation.

The Ministry directed the municipalities, joint service councils and directorates of municipal affairs to follow up on the situation firsthand, especially in hot areas, valley streams, torrents, ferries and main roads, to deal with any accidents immediately, and to inform the main emergency room of the Ministry of Local Administration on the emergency system of developments immediately.

The Ministry asked the municipalities, joint service councils and directorates of municipal affairs in the various governorates and brigades of the Kingdom to fully coordinate and cooperate with the administrative rulers, operating and other emergency rooms affiliated to the Ministry of Public Works, Interior, Civil Defense, the Jordanian Armed Forces, the Greater Amman Municipality and others, and to provide the mechanisms, equipment, cadres and capabilities available to them to help confront Emergency cases and events that accompany the weather condition, and announcing emergency room phone numbers to citizens in the media and on social media.
At the same time, the Ministry announced that the number of the main emergency room in the Ministry in Amman is (064641393).
