Egypt owns many historical religious buildings in some governorates, which are visited by many tourists from all over the world, to worship and take some souvenir photos inside, such as the Monastery of Anba Paula, which is located about 25 km south of the Zafarana area, and is considered one of the most important monuments in the governorate. The monastery of Anba Paula was built on a high plateau in the place from which the children of Israel crossed to the Red Sea when they left Egypt to Sinai. St. Paul’s Church, built over the cave in which St. Paul lived.
