On Tuesday evening, the security services released the deputy head of the Teachers Syndicate, Nasser Al-Nawasra, and a number of teachers, after arresting them for hours while they were on their way to participate in a protest sit-in.

The teacher, Inshirah Sanduqa, who was among those arrested, said: “A group of teachers, headed by Dr. Nasser Al-Nawasra, have now left the governorate.”
