He pointed out that the department’s strategic plan looks at expanding the application of the national window according to the plan of the current year, to include its application in customs centers: Al-Hassan Industrial City crossing in Barbid, Hurra Al-Zarqa – vehicles, and the Jordanian-Syrian free zone, in addition to studying the possibility of applying the national window in city centers. The number of customs data registered under the umbrella of the National Trade Window amounted to 435,860 customs declarations during the past year in the customs centers of Aqaba, Clearance Airport, Al Omari, and Jaber, which were completed by the Customs Department and all other departments on the window platform, with accuracy and speed that ensured the continued flow of the supply chain, with an increase of nearly 20 percent over the previous year.
