Young Al-Kharsha told Jordan News Agency (Petra) that his project is to establish a guest house opposite the Karak Castle located in the center of the governorate to receive tourists and accompany them to visit the tourist attractions within the city of Karak, praising the Greater Karak Municipality for its support and encouragement for such tourism ideas that will contribute to revitalizing the tourism movement.
The head of the Greater Karak Municipality, Engineer Muhammad Al-Maaytah, confirmed that the municipality encourages such tourism investments, noting that the municipal council in the municipality has taken a decision that includes granting facilities to those wishing to use the heritage buildings in the city to establish tourism, cultural or folklore projects, provided that the buildings are more than 80 years old. .
He added, that these facilities include exempting the investor from roofing fees for a period of 10 years, in addition to exempting him from fees for professions and cleaning licenses for a period of (10) years, leading to the revitalization of the tourism movement in the governorate to revive the center of the city of Karak and restore its vitality, in a way that contributes to accelerating recovery from the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, which It affected various sectors in the Kingdom.
