Today, Wednesday, the Public Prosecutor of the Criminal Court assigned the shooter, who led to the death of Tawjihi student Sahel Khattab in Abu Nusair, the felony of premeditated murder.

The public prosecutor had heard the defendant’s statement, and the investigation is still underway into the incident that occurred on the day the results of the Tawjihi were announced.

The accused under this charge will face a penalty of temporary imprisonment for a period of 20 years, if convicted.
