How to make cannelloni

How to make cannelloni with minced meat:

the ingredients:

1 box of cannelloni pasta, any kind you like


Half a cup of mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons of flour


3 tablespoons of ghee


4 cups of milk


Half a teaspoon of salt


Quarter of a teaspoon of pepper


a pinch of cinnamon


Two square Kiri cheese


Half a kilo of minced meat


A tablespoon of ghee, plus a tablespoon of oil


large onion, finely grated


Half a teaspoon of salt


Half a teaspoon of black pepper


Quarter of a teaspoon of Chinese kibbeh


2 tablespoons of tomato paste

How to prepare:


We prepare the meat sauce, and we put it in a frying pan on the fire.


Then put the ghee and oil and let it heat up.


Then add the onions, stirring, until they turn golden.


Then add the minced meat, stir until it turns brown.


Add salt, black pepper and Chinese kibbeh with good stirring.


Then add the sauce and stir for five minutes.

Then remove it from the fire and prepare the bechamel mixture, in a pot on the fire, and then put the ghee until it turns red.


Put the flour with stirring and add salt, pepper and cinnamon.


Then put the milk with constant stirring, add the Kiri cheese and stir until the texture becomes a little heavy.


Then we bring a suitable rectangular bowl, and we grease it with a little bechamel, then we take the cannelloni cylinder without boiling, and we stuff it from the meat juice and arrange it in the tray in an orderly manner until all the quantity is finished.


Then we pour all the amount of bechamel onto the cannelloni cylinders.


We sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, then preheat the oven at 220 degrees for ten minutes on a middle rack.


Then we put the tray in a period of settlement starting from 40 minutes to 45 minutes.


Then at the end we brown the face until it reaches the preferred golden color
