The general success rate in the General Secondary School Certificate Examination for 2022/General Exam reached 63.1%, according to what the Minister of Education Wajih Aweys confirmed on Thursday.

The first in the Kingdom in the scientific field was Lin Al-Momani, with an average of 99.9%. The second student, Ramez Al-Nimri, 99.87%, the third 99.85%, the student Laila Allan, and 99.7% the student Anwar Balawi.

The first in the literary section was Lyn Alaa Hussein, and she got an average of 99.7%.

The minister added, during a press conference at the Queen Rania Al Abdullah Center for Information Technology, that the ministry has taken all measures to ensure that the Tawjihi exam runs smoothly and smoothly without any difficulties, extending thanks to all the parties that contributed to the success of this exam.

He said that the success rate in the scientific branch was 73.9%, while the success rate in the Jordanian branch was 53.9%, and the success rate in the Sharia branch was 80.6%.

The Ministry of Education confirmed that students did not obtain a 100% average in the 2022 Tawjihi exam.

The number of participants in this current session reached 204,189 male and female students, of whom 185,042 attended, while the number of successful candidates reached 116773, according to the minister, noting that “10% of the students failed to attend the exam, and this is a percentage that usually occurs annually, knowing that they took their seat number.”
