The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority confirmed on Tuesday that it has not been proven that cell towers affect public health and safety, in light of compliance with the instructions and technical specifications issued by the authority.

The authority said via Twitter that this comes based on international studies that have been going on for more than 20 years with the participation and membership of international bodies and organizations, including the World Health Organization.
