Ten thousand visitors to the Jordan Gate International Exhibition for Housing and Building 2022

About ten thousand citizens visited the Jordan Gateway International Exhibition for Housing and Building 2022, which was organized by Better Homes over four days at Makkah Mall Exhibition Hall under the patronage of the Minister of Investment M. Khairy Amr.

The head of the exhibition’s organizing committee, M. Suleiman Daoud, said that the exhibition, which lasted for four days, achieved great success, and witnessed the signing of many contracts and agreements that would increase the level of optimism about the future of the housing sector, its growth and its contribution to the GDP, which amounted to 12.8%.

The exhibition witnessed local, Arab and foreign participation through 85 housing, real estate development, construction and financing companies from five Arab and foreign countries participating in the exhibition, besides Jordan, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, UAE and Portugal.

He added that the exhibition witnessed the signing of an agreement to establish a residential suburb on Airport Street at a value of 40 million in the name of Amman Front.

He noted that government institutions participated in the exhibition pavilions through the National Resources Investment and Development Corporation (Mawared), the Land and Survey Department, and the Industrial Cities Corporation.

Representatives of international pavilions said that the exhibition exceeded expectations in terms of interest and inquiries about buying real estate inside and outside the Kingdom, especially Turkey, Dubai, Portugal and Greece.
During the exhibition, meetings took place between local and international investors in the housing sector and those involved in the construction sector, which created a communication platform that is expected to lead to attracting investments and attracting investments to the real estate sector.

The exhibition recommended that it be annually, and that a real estate conference be held on the sidelines of it that discusses the real estate market situation, its problems, the required solutions and proposals aimed at supporting the sector in the presence of government representatives.

At the end of the exhibition, the grand prize for visitors to the exhibition was drawn, which is a kitchen worth two thousand dinars.
