She kept dreaming of traveling to Italy to live next to her husband, her lover and the father of her child, so she decided and traveled Italy through 4 countries to reunite her small family and live with her husband and child after an absence of 6 years. In reaching her husband, from whom she became pregnant, and during pregnancy, she was surprised by a lump in the breast, and through examinations, she confirmed that she had breast cancer, and she underwent chemotherapy sessions for 3 years, after which the dreaded disease triumphed over her, leaving her husband and young children behind.

Ramadan Mahmoud, Noura Abdullah’s husband, talked about their love story, telling “The Seventh Day”: “We got engaged for four years and got married for ten years, but we lived together for less than four years, because of my travels, because in the first I stayed with her for 6 months and then I traveled and worked in Italy and my daughter was born in Egypt and I saw her when she came to me when she was six years old after a long absence.”

And he continued, “My wife encouraged me to continue and work, and I would go crazy while I was far from them, but when they were able to travel to me, they compensated all the years of deprivation, but the people’s words were many and the eye was upon us and they asked how she and her daughter traveled and the eye is a matter of magic, and how many months ago she began to suffer in hospitals, but she did not complain. I was relieved of her, and the first time she got pregnant with our son in the seventh month, I got tired and went to the hospital and did tests, and then the dreaded disease broke out, and the boy could not breastfeed, because my wife was taking chemotherapy sessions and she was tired and I was encouraging her to complete the treatment, and she had to do a mastectomy and I was with her and I told her she would hide And it stays good.”

Ramadan remembers his wife’s suffering in her last days, saying, “The doctor told us that she would be able to live her last days, but we could not give up, and we went to Egypt, did tests and medical examinations and started the treatment course again, and she took a chemotherapy session every week, and it was the most difficult 3 months of chemotherapy and she was moving.” I am in a wheelchair, may God make it in the balance of her good deeds. She used to say I am lighter, live and raise our children together.”

He continued, “She herself was living and married to a genie, and she herself was going down and living in Egypt together, and she was herself rejoicing and going to bring a genie from school, like mothers, and she would say sorry if I was short with you, and I would be patient with her and say it, sorry. Our children are together, but God passed away, and may God give me patience in her separation.”
