The President of the Civil Service Bureau, Sameh Al-Nasser, stated that the Bureau began today, for the first time, to receive applications for employment submitted for the jobs of the third category electronically, through an electronic system specially designed to receive applications for employment for the jobs of the third category. The Bureau aims to develop the services provided to citizens and facilitate and ease them on the one hand, and ensure the speed and accuracy of recruitment procedures on the other hand, similar to the requests of university graduates and graduates of the comprehensive and technical diploma. Al-Nasser added that applying for jobs in the third category in ministries and government institutions during the coming period will be electronic.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the Civil Service Bureau, Eng. Mubarak Al-Khalayleh, stated that, in coordination with the Ministry of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, the CSB today began receiving applications for the position of (the muezzin and mosque servant) electronically until 12 pm on Tuesday, corresponding to 9/8/2022. Through the electronic link included in the advertisement published on 1/8/2022 in the newspapers and on the Diwan’s website, for the purpose of filling (100) jobs in the third category under the name of a muezzin and a mosque servant, and Al-Khalayleh indicated that the announcement of the rest of these jobs will be completed accordingly, as it included The first announcement of the jobs required at the level of the central region.
Al-Khalayleh added that the Bureau was keen to make the application for employment in the third category jobs easy to use, so that the login is done by entering the national number and the personal identification number only, and then the applicant would view his personal data that will be uploaded through linking with the data of the Civil Status Department After that, the applicant enters contact information, information about his educational attainment, training courses, practical experiences, information on vocational training certificates, a license to practice the profession, and a driver’s licence, and then uploads the required documents, after which the electronic application system transfers him to the job review page for which he is allowed to apply.
Al-Khalayleh clarified that the system does not allow employees on top of their work in the public sector and security services, retirees, or holders of educational certificates (comprehensive diploma and above, with the exception of holders of a comprehensive diploma in educational professions if 3 years or more have passed since applying for employment to the Bureau) from submitting an employment application.
