A committee was formed to search and investigate an inmate who escaped from a correctional and rehabilitation center on Sunday evening, according to the Public Security Directorate.

Directorate spokesman Amer Al-Sartawi said that “during the evening inspection of the inmates of one of the centers, that inmate was not found inside the center, as an investigation was immediately opened to search for this inmate and an investigation was conducted into how he escaped from inside the center.”
