On Sunday, Minister of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, Muhammad Al-Khalayleh, on behalf of His Majesty King Abdullah II, sponsored the religious celebration held by the ministry on the occasion of the anniversary of the honorable Prophet’s migration.

During the celebration, Al-Khalayleh said, “Every year, we celebrate the anniversary of the honorable Prophet’s migration, under the patronage of a sublime monarchy, through which we express our love for our Noble Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and for what he brought of righteous guidance, a wise religion, and the Qur’an that guides to a straight path.”

He added, “The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, migrated from Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the homeland in which he grew up, lived and grew up, and the Noble Qur’an was revealed there, to a safe environment that accepts this religion to bear its fruits in building a nation.”

He referred to the story of jihad in enduring harm, steadfastness on the truth despite the oppression of relatives, and a firm worship that was firmly established in mountains that was not shaken by harm.

The minister stressed that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered the first Friday sermon in Islam while he was an immigrant, where he commanded a lot of remembrance of God Almighty and obedience to Him, and the command of righteousness and charity, as the contemplator in this sermon finds that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not insult anyone, even if he was one of the enemies. And he did not supplicate for them with the most powerful expressions of supplication he possessed. Rather, he did not look behind him and see that this stage had passed, and if it was a supplication, he did not add to “Oh God, guide my people, for they do not know.”

And Al-Khalayleh indicated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, began building the new society, spiritually and materially, as the spiritual building represented the building of the mosque and fraternity among all Muslims, regardless of their colors and races, and defining the relationship between them through the city document.

The material construction represented an interest in the elements of civilized, scientific, economic and commercial construction, so he established a market for Muslims in the city and sent scientific missions to learn the manufacture of weapons, and the languages ​​of different nations, indicating that the Prophet, peace be upon him, emigrated to build a new society in light of a huge civilizational gap between Arabs and others in various areas of life.

He called on Al-Khalayleh to stand and contemplate and implement the minds with the meanings of a new migration through which we, as an Islamic nation, join the ranks of the human civilization that preceded us for many centuries.

The Minister of Awqaf emphasized that immigration taught us that life is not managed by religious emotions, wishes and dreams, nor by waiting for miracles, but rather by planning, balanced rules and firm foundations upon which a strong society rests.

For her part, Professor of Islamic Sharia, Manal Abdel Latif Al-Babli, pointed to the importance of the Prophet’s migration and its impact on nation building and consolidating its foundations, with the aim of consolidating the faith and conveying the message, despite his love for Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

She added, that the honorable Prophet’s migration was a turning point in the history of Islam and Muslims, and came to constitute a difference in the life of the nation, where it formed life, hope, future, victory and pride, and it was the beginning of building the state, and promoting Islamic values ​​and morals in society, which requires us today to adhere to the contents of migration. .

Al-Babli indicated that the Hashemite leadership worked to spread the teachings of religion on the foundations of truth, and to promote the honorable prophetic migration in our society and to follow the path of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as the Ministry of Awqaf was working to translate the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II in the rehabilitation and training of imams, male and female preachers, and what is reflected On the ministry’s advocacy message, and the adoption of moderation and moderation in religious discourse in line with the Noble Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet.

The ceremony included the screening of a short documentary film about the Prophet’s migration, the lessons and lessons learned from it, and the building of the state that started from the mosque after the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, arrived in Madinah. A poem by the poet Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Khawaldeh was also recited, and a song was presented by the religious chanting troupe of the Ministry of Endowments.

The celebration was attended by His Eminence, the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Khasawneh, and His Eminence, the Judge of Judges, Sheikh Abdul Hafez Al-Rabtah, the Imam of the Hashemite presence, Dr. And officials in the Ministry of Awqaf, imams, scholars, male and female preachers.
