The coordinator of the popular campaign to defend the Noble Qur’an, Dr. Ibrahim Mansi, praised the Jordanian people’s rallying around the Society for the Preservation of the Noble Qur’an and stresses the need to continue solidarity activities leading to the reopening of all closed centers.

Mansi said, in press statements, that the movement of the Jordanian street had a role in resuming the work of 29 Quranic centers in the summer activity only.

Mansi denounced the imposition by the Ministry of Endowments of instructions on Quranic child clubs that oblige them to obtain a Quranic document related to the Messenger of God, pointing out that they are instructions approved by the minister in one session, and even issued books on those instructions and they must be implemented during a period of time that is not enough to implement them!!

Mansi stated that the number of Quran Child Clubs amounted to 164 clubs, comprising approximately 28,000 children, which are now disabled as a result of those instructions that require time to be fulfilled, and those facilities are now closed in accordance with those new instructions in front of adult entities that have existed for 30 years.

Mansi asked, “Is the one who studies a child like someone who is an imam for Muslims in mosques?!!”, pointing out that there are 3,000 mosques without imams, or imams on the call box, that is, temporary, and they are not required to fulfill those requirements imposed on the teachers of the Quranic Child Club, and they are the first With this obligation…

And he went further in the event that the Minister of Endowments wanted to promote an imam from the rank of imam to a first imam, we do not find in the instructions a requirement for the imam to have at least an introductory course. inherit!!!

Mansi concluded by saying that if the minister wants to implement this system, he must set an example, and the ministry should set an example in implementing this system. Otherwise, we will say that the ministry is unable to absorb this volume of charitable work.
