Government spokesperson, Faisal Al-Shboul, said that the current budget will not include any salary increase for employees.

Shboul’s words came in a press interview he held after the closed meeting between the government and parliament, which included a discussion of general issues.

He continued, “The current budget for this year does not include raising salaries and does not unify any new measures the government intends to take.”
