On Monday, a member of the National Epidemiological Committee, Bassam Hijjawi, suggested that the announced mitigating measures are for the purpose of supporting the economy, trade, industry, restaurants, and halls, and also to coexist with the Corona virus.

Hijjawi added, during his speech on the “Voice of the Kingdom” program, that the world seems closer to coexisting with Corona; Because the pandemic is not over yet, as most countries of the world have reached reasonable rates to cover the administration of the anti-Corona vaccine, as the epidemiological pattern that occurred for the mutants of the causative virus differed from the “Corona family.”

He pointed out that the muzzle must be worn in closed places and large gatherings, especially with mitigating measures.

And he stressed, that comprehensive or partial closures will not return permanently, except in the case of severe danger.

Hijjawi indicated that the application of “Sanad” is continuing, considering its existence important for the continuation of receiving the vaccine, as its cancellation makes us lose control of the vaccination, and we want to take it.
