Al-Rawashdah: The first female voter registered in Irbid and the first woman in Karak, and the turnout is promising

The media spokesman for the Independent Election Commission, Muhammad Khair Al-Rawashdeh, said that the first voter in the provincial and municipal council elections and the Amman Municipality was registered in Irbid governorate.
He indicated in a press conference from inside the media center of the authority, today, Tuesday, that the first woman to cast her vote in the polling boxes, and she was from Karak governorate, was registered.
Al-Rawashdeh confirmed that the electronic linking of the commission with all the ballot boxes was confirmed, which numbered 6,937, including 3,345 for males and 3,592 for females, which are distributed among the 1,850 polling stations.
He described the turnout rates in the first hours of the polling process, which started at 7 am, as “promising,” in that the turnout was convincing.
