The former president of Al-Wehdat Club, Tariq Khoury, called on five players from the Al-Wehdat first football team, to carry out their duty with a high effort and belonging to the club.

Khoury said in a post on his account on the “Facebook” platform, “Tariq Khattab, Ahmed Samir, Muhammad Al-Dumairi, Abdullah Fakhoury, Munther Abu Amara, the club did your duty to the fullest without any negligence during your injuries and this is its duty … Now you have to do your duty towards The club and the team with great effort and belonging.”

These five players had, during the previous periods, been subjected to severe injuries, which necessitated their absence from the various competitions, and perhaps this Khoury’s publication coincided with the expected participation of Al-Wehdat, especially in the AFC Champions League, given that they are players with great experience and technical value.

It is noteworthy that these players returned and joined the group unit training, after a period of absence due to injuries.
