Microbiologist Igor Nikulin said that the United States has turned Ukraine into a huge “real workshop” to test the means and methods of waging biological warfare.

Nikulin, who previously served as a member of the United Nations Committee on Biological and Chemical Weapons, stressed that Washington had violated the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Biological and Toxin Weapons.

Nikulin emphasized that “Ukraine has already turned into a “huge complex” for the development and testing of technologies related to biological weapons.

According to him, the United States in Ukraine has tested the latest biological weapons technologies on humans, animals and plants, and as a result we have been witnessing outbreaks and outbreaks of diseases and even epidemics in Ukraine since 2014.

The expert added: “As a result, pneumonic plague, anthrax and all kinds of exotic diseases such as Q fever appeared. All this indicates that the United States and Ukraine are violating the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons on a large scale. The two countries have developed, manufactured and stockpiled new types of these weapons with Violation of all three commandments that make up the agreement.”
