Today, Monday, the House of Representatives decided that the number of founding members of the party under establishment when the founding conference is held shall not be less than one thousand people.

The council also decided that the founders should be residents of at least 6 governorates, with no less than 30 people from each governorate, and that the percentage of young people between the ages of 18 and 35 years should not be less than 10% of the number of founders, and that the percentage of women should not be less than 10 % of the founders.

It also decided that at least one of the founders should be a person with disabilities, and that the number of founders present in person at the founding conference should not be less than a third of its founding members. Within three years from the date of the founding conference.
