Today, Friday, Jerash Prosecutor arrested the owner of a farm in the Dibeen area and the owner of an excavator for a week, after they were caught digging a well to extract groundwater on the farm.
The Public Prosecutor charged the farm owner and the rig owner with carrying out an illegal act to extract groundwater without obtaining the necessary and legal licenses from the Water Authority.
