A source stated that the Council of Journalists’ Syndicate decided, during a meeting held today, Wednesday, to dissolve the Northern Region Branch Committee after the resignation of two colleagues from the committee; They are Muhammad Al-Bishtawi and Saif Al-Omari.

According to the source, our colleague Muhammad Qudaisat did not resign after the recent elections and the two reserve members refused to participate in the committee that was elected.

The decision of the Council was to accept the resignation of the two colleagues, after which the committee was dissolved for the purpose of forming a temporary committee to conduct business until new elections are held.
