Al-Faisaly Saudi team came close to relegation in the Saudi Professional League, after losing today, Sunday, to Al-Batin 1-0, at Al-Batin Stadium for the 22nd round of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional Cup.

With this loss, Al-Faisaly’s balance stopped at the 21-point barrier in 14th place on the Saudi Professional League standings.

In the same context, the Saudi club Al-Faisaly announced, yesterday, Saturday, its contract with Greek coach Marinos Ozonides to take over as coach of the team, to replace the article Daniel Ramos.

The new coach’s contract extends for 6 months, with the option of renewing for an additional season to come.

It is noteworthy that the Saudi Al-Faisaly is competing with Al-Wehdat in the fifth group of the Asian Champions League, along with the Qatari Al-Sadd, and the winner of the play-off match between the Emirati Baniyas and the Uzbek Nasaf Karshi.
